The pick up service was timely and comfortable, and they even carried our luggage up difficult steps in the rain. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated for our honeymoon. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the natural hot spring pool was perfect for relaxing. The owner went above and beyond to organize activities and ensure our comfort. The food was delicious, except for the fried chicken. we loved this place and highly recommend it!

The location was ideal for the Mount Batur trekking, and the owner, Jon, was incredibly helpful in organizing it for us at a fair price. The hostel is currently adding a yoga platform and camping area.

The location of the hostel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to start the trek to Mt Batur directly from the hostel, which saved us the hassle of traveling to another location. The views of the surrounding area were absolutely breathtaking, especially during the sunrise trek. We also loved the hot pool, it was a great way to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

There were a few minor issues that we encountered during our stay. The privacy in the bathroom was a bit lacking, as the sides of the toilet doors were see-through.
